As we are getting into 2017, weve been thinking back to our favorite events of 2016! Below are some fun photos of our favorite Fall weddings and events from last year! Buckhead Fall Fashion ShowBack at the beginning of autumn, we got to play at the Buckhead Fall Fashion Show, which was a super fun fashiom event put on my Modern Luxury and the Atlantan magazines! We played before the fashion show started, during the cocktails and hors d'oeuvres part of the evening. This was a really fun event! There were a lot of pekple there and the energy was great. We played a set list of all modern, pop/rock type of music! Autumn Weddings!Autumn 2016 contained some really beautiful, fun weddings! We kicked off the fall with this sweet wedding at the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead. A rainy afternoon forced us insode, but that didnt stop us from having lots of fun! Next up was a fun wedding at The Conservarory at Waterstone! The couple asked us to play the theme from The Magnificent Seven as their recessional. It was such a fun song to play! We actually went to see the movie after the wedding was finished! :) Then we headed to the mountains of north Georgia to play a really sweet chapel wedding. Next up, we headed to one of our very favorite venues in the city, The Atlanta Botanical Gardens! Tge gardens are so beautiful in tbe fall! How cute is this popcorn bar that they had at the reception?! We'll be back soon with some more fun photos from our favorite weddings and events of fall 2016!
Hi everyone! Amber here. It's been so long since we've done a blog post! We have had a really busy and fun summer, and now fall wedding season is officially upon us! Fall weddings are my favorite because it finally starts to cool off a little outside (emphasis on "little." We are in GA, haha!) Here are some highlights from weddings we've done recently. We've been playing at Lake Lanier Islands a few times lately, which I love because the view is so incredible. How pretty is this reception venue at Lake Lanier! We also recently played a beautiful Jewish ceremony at the Georgian Terrace hotel in Atlanta. The ceremony was so sweet! Next up was a wedding at Little River Farms in Alpharetta, which is a stunningly beautiful private residence turned wedding venue. And then my bow promptly exploded while I was warming up for the prelude. But the show must go on, so we got a good laugh out of the bow catastrophe and we kept on going! Good thing I had my spare bow! The reception was held inside the house, which had been transformed into a veritable wonderland. Next up it was back to the lake for anther beautiful wedding overlooking the water! Weddings on the lake are SO beautiful' Cant wait to see what else the fall has in store! :)
